Confirm what to bring
Keep your purchase bill and warranty details handy if available. Confirm the documents needed for your case, any charges and the expected process before travelling to the store.
03
Prepare for handover
Once collection is confirmed, bring the item to our Maninagar store. Remove personal belongings and ask for a collection acknowledgement or reference, along with follow-up and return-collection instructions.
What this service covers
Our confirmed status is VIP collection point. Please confirm acceptance and the applicable service process for your item. Collection-point status alone does not designate Raj Bag House as an official repair centre or give the store authority to approve warranty claims. Charges, repairs, replacement decisions and timelines depend on your case and the applicable process.
VIP collection questions
Where is the VIP collection point in Maninagar?
Raj Bag House is at 55, Maninagar Road, Sindhi Market, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380008. Call or WhatsApp +91 98982 39139 before bringing your item.
Does collection-point status mean repairs or warranty claims are approved here?

Can I bring any VIP Industries brand or any bag?
Please confirm the exact brand, model and issue with us first. The collection-point activation does not establish that every brand, model or type of request is accepted.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
Ask for the applicable charges, assessment process and expected timeline for your item before handover. No fixed fee, same-day repair or guaranteed completion time is promised on this page.
