Stock can change because of store sales, online orders, inventory updates or technical delays. Therefore, availability shown on a product page does not permanently reserve that item.

If an ordered product cannot be fulfilled, Raj Bag House may contact the customer regarding the order and any necessary next steps.

The price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is the price applicable to that website order, subject to verification of any obvious technical or pricing error.

Where applicable, the website may display an MRP or regular price together with a lower sale price.

Prices and offers may change over time. A future price change does not automatically change the price of an already completed transaction.

If Raj Bag House is unable to fulfil a paid order because of a confirmed stock issue, pricing error or another operational issue, we will contact the customer.

Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay and other payment gateways that may be supported by Raj Bag House in the future.

Payment processing is also subject to the technical systems, security procedures and terms of the relevant payment service provider.

Raj Bag House does not require customers to provide payment card details directly to us where payment is handled securely by the payment gateway.

Raj Bag House currently delivers across India.

Orders are generally dispatched on the same day or by the next day at the latest, depending on the time of order, stock readiness and other operational factors.

For Ahmedabad, same-day delivery is our normal target where serviceability and operational conditions allow.

Outside Ahmedabad, delivery is normally expected within a maximum of approximately four days, subject to courier serviceability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The website currently does not charge a separate shipping fee at checkout unless otherwise clearly shown.

A return or exchange request must be made within 3 days after the parcel is received.

Returned products must be unused and must have their original tags intact.

Sale and discounted products are also eligible for return, subject to the applicable return conditions.

The customer is responsible for the return courier cost.

When a refund is approved, the forward shipping or logistics cost originally incurred by Raj Bag House for sending the order may be deducted from the refund amount, even if the website showed free or ₹0 shipping at checkout.

The customer's own return courier expense is separate and is also borne by the customer.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and require a minimum of 7 working days for processing after the returned product is received, inspected and approved.
